Beautiful Birthday Cake by Lula Sweet Secrets

Springtime is the perfect season to incorporate lots of gorgeous flowers into anything we can imagine. That is exactly what Luciana Borges, owner of Lulu’s Sweet Secrets, decided to do while making a special birthday cake for her dear mother. We are absolutley in love with the beautiful creation she crafted! Luciana’s mom has a passion for flowers so therefore she decided to cover the cake in the most gorgeous english garden roses! She started by photographing some real life flowers which Luciana later used to draw inspiration from to create her exquisite english garden rose sugar flowers. Talk about outstanding and almost to perfect and pretty to eat!! This incredible birthday cake is unlike anything we’ve ever seen! How amazing her mother must have felt to receive such a work of art!

Pastel Spring Dessert Table

Today we are sharing this beautiful dessert table styled by P&J Event Planning. The lovely table is the perfect look for a spring wedding! One of the elements we loved were the ivory and pink frames along with doilies she used as the backdrop. The yellow, pink and ivory theme was carried throughout with a fabulous rosette table cloth and yummy sweets created by other than the yummy sweets of course created by Cakes and Biscuits by Lisa.

As of yesterday Spring has officially arrived! That is according to the calender however, it sure doesn’t feel like it here! With that being said we are super eager to start seeing all the pretty flowers bloom, soak in a few sunny rays and of course browse all the beautiful spring weddings/parties on some of our fave blogs!
