Glamorous Valentine’s Day Wedding Shoot

Valentine’s Day Wedding

Love is in the air! This gorgeous Valentine’s Day wedding shoot designed by LMG Events and Chudleigh Weddings along with several other nationwide vendors is loaded with tons inspiration to help you create your own intimate party or wedding.  From the scrumptious macaroons to the Swarovski Crystals  incorporated throughout, this glam fuchsia and pink palette was perfection!  We were excited to team up with Anders Ruff to create a collection of calligraphy printables for this amazing shoot. See below for all the details and inside scoop behind this fabulous and dreamy shoot.

eeeBeautiful pastries were created by Executive Pastry Chef Jeffrey de Leon from the Grand America Hotel. Macaroons in various flavors, adorned strawberries and the most beautiful desserts in champagne glasses filled our dessert table along with bridal accessories from within the Lily & Iris shop, where the shoot was held. Lily & Iris is a beautiful white and exposed brick space that sells bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride gowns and short wedding reception gowns but is also available for private events. The clean and urban feel of the space was a great fit for our shoot.”

Mara, from LMG Events states, “This shoot would also translate well into a valentines day party. In an effort to go ultra feminine and glam I knew I wanted to be sure to “bling it out” so I incorporated Swarovski Crystals EVERYWHERE I possibly could. I joked that our color palette was fuchsia, pink, honeysuckle (2011 Pantone color of the year!), silver, white and bling! We kept the crystal element consistent through out all the environments we created with containers, crystal light fixtures and table decor elements.”

ffMara said, “Z Gallerie has an incredible selection of mirrored and crystal adorned table decor and accessories that complimented our vision perfectly. The mirrored placemats and napkin rings match the crystal vases perfectly, adding a cohesive feel to our table.

Romantic Wedding by Charmed Events

Today we are thrilled to share with you the glamorous wedding by the talented Frances Liu of Charmed Events There are some weddings that just knock our socks off with pure beauty and this one certainly did just that.  The hot pink color palette with tints of purple infused throughout and the incorporation of rhinestones/crystals gave the overall design a romantic yet modern feel.  Enjoy!

Wedding Planner, Frances:

When I first met David and Natalie, I knew that I would love planning their wedding because they had a beautiful wedding vision of a hot pink color palette filled with peonies, butterflies and swarovski crystals. More so, they were a couple that were so in love and so excited about creating a beautiful wedding experience to share with their guests in celebration of their love!

Their ceremony was held at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Saratoga, CA and it couldn’t have been a more perfect summer day to have a wedding. Their wedding florals came to life with luscious bouquets of peonies and garden roses designed by Poppy’s Petalworks and gorgeous floral arrangements adorned the altar of the church. Hints of purple and ivory accented the pink florals to create a perfect setting for getting married. David and Natalie are a very family oriented couple and their entire bridal party was made up of their brothers and sisters combined.

The reception was held at Dynasty in Cupertino and again, the pink palette came through with beautiful pink uplighting and spotlights throughout the venue. A wishing tree greeted guests upon sign in and crystals were spread throughout the sign in table as well. Upon entering the reception, guests are greeted with tables adorned with beautiful arrangements that had butterflies perching on the flowers. I loved this detail as it made their design concept so romantic. Fun activites that were provided for the guests included a photobooth as well as a balloon artist that created fun hats for the kids that attended. The amazing cake was made by Euro Delights and featured sugared anemones and rhinestone embellishments. The crystals and rhinestones used throughout the wedding really gave the wedding an extra feel of being not only romantic, but modern and classy as well. Family touches were very much a part of the reception as a slideshow tribute was shown in honor of the Bride’s late Father and a personal song that was written by the Bride’s Brother was shared and serenaded to the couple as a gift. The evening was filled with fun as guests enjoyed games that the Bride and Groom played and dancing that lasted until the morning.

David and Natalie are now expecting their first child together and we couldn’t be more happy for our lovely and gorgeous couple!
