As you can probably imagine being a calligrapher my love for invitations is a bit obsessive! Keeping my mind fresh and up to date with the latest trends and most talented designers in the industry is crucial. Today I am beyond thrilled to introduce to you one of my all time favorite designers Ceci Johnson, owner of Ceci New York . Her remarkable talent and exquisite designs are truly one-of-a-kind. Recently while browsing through her ever so gorgeous website I was enamored by her laser-cut designs. She later informed me Ceci New York was the first company to start this fabulous trend!
For those of you new to the term, laser-cut is a technique that essentially consists of cutting intricate graphic prints out of paper. The overall look becomes a luxurious yet playful design with it’s three dimensional appearance. Honestly, if I had the opportunity to re-design my wedding, Ceci New York’s laser-cut designs would be my choice!

This would be my pick if I could redo my entire wedding! The beautiful pink, ornate design, and flourished script is certainly my style!
Really all of the designs are just amazing but this one is so fun! I love how the the text is written inside the heart.
Fuschia and Green are always a top favorite of mine. I love how she incorporated brown into the palette too.
Loving the orange and cobalt blue together! This invitation slides out of the sleeve and reveals the commemorative image Ceci created for the couple.
