Please email or call us with specific details obtaining to your project.  You may also visit our Pricing Section to get an idea of some price points.  Once you agree on the quote you receive you will then be asked to complete our calligraphy contract/order form so we can book your dates.

Details We Need for a Quote

• Please provide the exact text you need lettered. If you are doing a seating chart please send us the total number of names along with table numbers that will need to be lettered. Each line adds to the cost so make sure to send us an accurate count.
• Any Design Ideas you may have such as flourishing embellishments, borders, light artwork. We welcome any inspirational photos, however we will not copy someone else’s work.
• Font or ink color (please note we provide a large selection of fonts that can be located in our envelope gallery. The only ink color options for glass lettering are black, gold, white, silver and copper.
• If we are doing a mirror please let us know the size you will be providing us to write on. If you have something else in mind for us to write let us know what that may be. We do carry lots of paper assortments and poster board.

*Please note we do not provide rental mirrors at this time.

Quote and Payment

After we receive the information listed above, a detailed price quote will be sent to you. Once you approve the quote you will need to complete our Calligraphy Contract/Order Form so that we can reserve your spot on our calendar. A small fee of $30 will be required at this time to reserve your dates and will later come off your deposit or balance.

For all custom design work, we will require 50% up front. Once you approve the sketch we provide you, the balance including shipping charges will be due before we do anything in permanent ink.

Design/Layout and Proofs

Everything we do is custom designed specifically for our clients. The options are endless and full of fun and creative possibilities! Mirrors and other custom surfaces we work on are all unique and different per client needs.  Once we have all your information, ideas, etc. we will sketch out your piece before anything is done in ink. We can add gorgeous calligraphy flourishes, simple artwork, and prepare the layout of your piece however you prefer.  You can visit our Gallery to get some ideas or send us your own.

You will be able to make two free rounds of revisions to your piece before we do it in calligraphy/ink.  Each edit after that will be billed at $50 per edit.

Approval and Production

Once you have approved all sketches, the calligraphy will be done in ink.  No further changes at this point can be made. After all items are completely dry we will package them up securely and ship them back to you!

Completion

All orders take a different amount of time depending on our schedule at the time you book us.  We will provide you with a completion date at the time of your booking.  Thanks!
