Thank you for choosing to work with us! Please read the steps below on how to book our services.

Please note: All of the details on your contract/order form do not have to be completed to reserve your spot on our calendar. For example fonts, ink colors, layout options, design details can be determined at a later time.

Get a Quote – Before we book your dates to complete your custom project please make sure you receive a quote from us. You can send your ideas, text to be written/etc. to obtain a quote. Also, feel free to visit our Design Process section to read further details. You can also view our starting fees here.

Book Your Order – Once you have approved the quote we provide you, please fill out the Calligraphy Contract/Order Form. A $30 hold fee will be required if we are not starting your order within 2 weeks. This will be deducted from your order later.

Payment – Before we begin your custom project, A 50% deposit will be due. We will provide you with a few sketches for your approval before anything is done in ink. The balance will be due before we do anything in ink. Please visit our Design Process Section for further details
